With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from MIT, Virginie joined Thornton Tomasetti and worked on the structural design and analysis of multiple projects among which, the iconic 30 Hudson Yards tower, with the outdoor observatory The Edge. She also practiced in the Forensics department, which broadened her expertise in many design and construction aspects. In her quest of knowledge and management skills, she then switched to real estate development. As a project manager at Extell, she guides and aligns resources to lead mixed-use projects from demolition to completion stages, within set financial and milestone goals. Virginie values being a team player and strive to evaluate risks, perform and organize tasks, in order to ensure success.
