Shanteau Mcfadden CEO and Founder of Final Touch Construction LLC and FTC Management Non Profit Shanteau Mcfadden is a licensed general contractor and founder of a non profit construction apprenticeship program both started and ran through the pandemic in 2020. Shanteau has an extensive background in finances and operations for over 10 years at top tier companies. Shanteau first year in construction she graduated from Rising Tide Community Business Academy in which she was honored with the Harvey George award she also completed NJSDA construction program and Prudential Prubono business program. She obtained her Osha 30, SBE certification, 8a certification MWBE certification, Port Authority of NJ/NY WBE certification and DBE certification. Shanteau's goal is to pave the way from the community to the construction industry by instructing free hands-on classes in Jersey City teaching profitable skills in the construction industry, life skills, entrepreneurship and connecting participants to local construction unions and job placement within her construction company.
