Rosalind Tsang is the New York City Studio Director for BDP, a global, interdisciplinary design practice. She oversees the studio’s operations and strategic growth, quality control and client service, along with project design management. Rosalind’s international experience includes multi-family residential, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, adaptive reuse, master planning, and interiors. As Co-Chair for the AIA New York Women in Architecture Committee, Rosalind advocates for women and minorities in leadership, mentorship, and diversity and inclusion within architecture and the allied design and building industries. She currently serves as an Architectural League mentor and was a RISE Leadership mentor for the City College of New York. She received her Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Rosalind is a licensed architect, a member of the AIA and a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C).
