Marina was born and raised in Tirana, Albania but moved to New York at the age of 5 years old. She holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in structural engineering from Manhattan College. Marina worked for Turner Construction for over a decade and has worked on multi-million dollar projects including Jackson Park for Tishman Speyer, Manhattan West for Brookfield Properties, and NYU Mercer for NYU. Marina has since founded an Owner's Rep company, KxF Partners and a GC company, Kot'lux which operates in NYC and Miami. In addition, Marina works as a real estate agent with in marketing and sales for New Development for Nest Seekers New Development Group. She is an avid world traveler, having been to Spain, Germany, Italy, Paris, Dubai, Greece, London, Mexico City, and Portugal. Marina also enjoys listening to jazz, playing tennis, skiing, and sky diving. Marina is involved with many organizations including ACE, AACE, APEN, Youthforce. Marina believes in cultivating an environment for our future children to thrive and mentors young adults in collage and high school.
