Lizzie Archer is passionate about diversity, inclusion and equity. She has 28 years' experience in business development/marketing, affirmative action compliance and administration for top design and construction firms in NY & NJ. Lizzie is the Business Development / Client Relations Manager for FCA's NYC office and also serves on the Firms EDI Committee. Previously she worked at Dewberry, focusing on the transportation engineering market. Prior to that, she was employed with Tishman Construction, serving in several roles including an Affirmative Action Officer on the One World Trade Center construction project. She also served in the position of Outreach/EEO Coordinator, as well Manager of Marketing Services while at Tishman. She also worked at Mitchell Giurgola, Rafael Viñoly, Dattner, and Kapell and Kostow Architects. She holds a BS in Architectural Technology from NYIT and a Marketing Certificate from NYU. She is a Board Member of CoreNetNJ where she is a Co-Chair of the new DEI Committee. Lizzie is a member of CoreNet, CREW, AMFP and NAIOP. She served as a Governor on the Board of Trustees for the NY Building Foundation. She is the recipient of the WBC Woman of the Year Award and the NAIOPNJ Pillar Award.
