Joseph Mileto possesses nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate, property management and construction industries. He has experience with the build-outs of fitness centers, office spaces, retail stores, mom-and-pop businesses and national restaurants. His experience managing multifamily units and commercial shopping centers gives him decades of knowledge to draw upon when helping to represent property owners. Joseph possesses a skill set that specializes in project coordination with multiple vendors. He has also led renovations of single-family homes and small buildings all around the New York Metro Area. Joseph served as an owner's representative and project coordinator on the largest condominium renovation in United States history, managing trades and a team of architects and engineers. He has also spent over a decade on multiple condominium boards as a sponsor's representative. Currently Joseph serves as the president of a Westchester County HOA, the treasurer of an affordable housing board, and a panel expert on a property management advisory board. He is also a member of a capital expenditure committee for the Westchester County School Board. Joseph is also the vice president of No More Silence, a not-for-profit that raises funds to cover the costs of cochlear implants for children with severe hearing loss.
