I'm a structural engineer from Turkey. I'm also cofounder and still a coordinator of "You can do it too!" social responsibility project targeting young woman with fewer opportunities to strengthen their enthusiasm for higher education and to raise awareness on gender equality. I strongly believe that having diverse working environments makes the process more efficient and smooth. I believe diversity in AEC industry is something that should be focusing on since AEC industry is one of the most important industries in the world and every member of the community should be participating to make it better every day.
