Zoë Davidson is an Executive Vice President and the General Counsel at OHLA USA, where she manages all legal matters and oversees the company’s risk, surety, and compliance programs. She has nearly 20 years of experience advising both government agencies and private companies in delivering mega infrastructure projects such as the Purple Line Extension, Eastside Access, I-405 Improvement Project, and the Second Avenue Subway. Prior to joining OHLA USA, Zoë was the principal attorney for a real estate investment and property management company with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of luxury apartments and Class A office space in Manhattan. She also held several leadership roles within the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, including Chief Operating Officer at MTA’s capital construction and development subsidiary and oversaw MTA’s real estate portfolio. In addition to being an accomplished litigator, Zoë has broad and varied experience in government contracts and procurement, P3s and alternate delivery models, and the specialized issues in construction and engineering contracting. She is an active member of a dozen construction industry and bar associations, has authored several articles on the impact of data security and biometric data laws on the real estate and construction industries, and received Commercial Observer’s Barrier-Breaker Award in 2018.
