Zack Semke is director of Passive House Accelerator, co-host of the Passive House Podcast, and a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality Leadership Corps. Passive House Accelerator is a multi-channel media company and event producer dedicated to Passive House design and construction. The Accelerator is home to the Passive House movement’s largest social media community; organizer of its most active calendar of free live virtual events (including Passive House Accelerator LIVE! at noon every Wednesday); producer of its largest video library and Youtube presence; and publisher of its most listened-to podcast channel. Zack earned his BA in Human Biology with a concentration in Human Ecology from Stanford University. His career path has included a stint as a policy advocate for progressive regional planning, 11 years as a professional taiko (Japanese drumming) performer, and over a decade communicating and sharing about the power of Passive House practice to make buildings better.
