Bill Seery is the Director of Pre-fabrication for Consigli Construction Co., Inc., leading the firm’s team in identifying and expanding opportunities for the strategic utilization of modular construction and pre-fabrication solutions across all of Consigli’s work. With over 20 years of extensive experience fusing manufacturing and construction techniques, Seery is well-versed in pre-fabrication project needs in multiple market sectors including healthcare, hospitality, student housing and multi-unit residential. Under Seery’s leadership, Consigli has bolstered its scheduling, cost certainty and safety efforts using innovative pre-fabrication approaches to provide better value to their clients.

Prior to joining Consigli, Seery served as co-founder of the first U.S. company to integrate construction and manufacturing processes to produce custom, pre-fabricated permanent modular bathroom pods for commercial use, and oversaw pre-fabrication solution installations for major clients across multiple industries.  

A leading expert on lean construction and pre-fabrication, Seery is a recipient of the Shingo Prize for Lean Operational Excellence. He received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his master’s in business administration from Bentley University.
