I am a certified construction manager, speaker, author, coach and manager of people and business change. I am experienced in construction delivery, program management and business transformation consulting. Within Mace Group I lead the design and implementation of the program and project controls operating model for the $16bn Hudson Tunnel Project working alongside the Gateway Development Commission.  Previously, I designed a digital transformation program to identify and implement improvement initiatives with the overarching goal of redefining the operating model for the PANYNJ engineering department.

In the UK I led delivery and advisory teams including during the $1.5bn transformation of Manchester Airport where I developed capability that contributed to a collective asset lifecycle information management framework for Manchester Airports Group.

I have Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Salford in Manchester, United Kingdom.  I was the chairman of the Chartered Institute of Building’s Manchester Hub prior to relocating to the United States in 2018. I was also vice-chair of the UK’s Constructing Excellence Manchester network and supported academic institutions across the UK.
