Venetta Amory is Vice President and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Americas, at Lendlease.  Ms. Amory is based at Lendlease’s Americas headquarters in NYC. She has three decades of significant leadership experience advancing DEI goals across a variety of different industries and brings a passion for DEI and a global mindset to this important work.

Ms. Amory partners with Lendlease’s leadership, business units, and stakeholders to drive the DEI strategy, foster a culture that embraces and respects difference, and create an environment where employees feel safe, recognized, and motivated.

She was most recently Director of Diversity & Inclusion at the international law firm Kelley Drye & Warren where she provided leadership to the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and was responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the firm’s DEI strategies, programs and initiatives.

Ms. Amory received her Bachelor of Science, Chemistry and Master of Arts, Science Education from Columbia University.  She holds membership in DICE (Diversity & Inclusion in Engineering & Construction).
