Tristan Schwartzman, PE, CEM, EBCP, LEED AP BD+C, is Principal and Director of Energy Services at New York City-based consulting engineering firm Goldman Copeland. In that role, he is a major champion and award-winning designer of energy-efficiency innovations in Greater New York City, where he is setting a global pace and creating models of innovation for the world. He and his team have completed energy audits and retro-commissioning projects for over 70 million square feet of commercial and institutional properties. For his leadership, Tristan Schwartzman was named 2024 International Energy Engineer of the Year by the Association of Energy Engineers.
