Tom Lewis
Tom is a Studio Director at MA recognized for his ability to deliver a wide range of complex residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including those involving highly publicized entitlement processes. This has recently included the delivery of Atlantic Plumbing 901W—a unique 354,000-square-foot mixed-use multifamily development in Washington, D.C., consisting of two 11-story through-block structures joined by a sky-bridge that spans a new internal street. Tom is currently overseeing several large-scale, high-performance projects in various stages of completion across the U.S., including the delivery of 350 & 400 Summer Street—two adjacent commercial towers in Boston's Seaport District totaling more than 1 million square feet of office and laboratory space, as well as the documentation of a 380,000-square-foot mixed-use dormitory project MA designed for U.C. Berkeley, all three of which are pursuing LEED Gold certification. In addition, Tom leads MA's Sustainability Committee, ensuring the firm continues to employ the latest advancements in green technology and design.
