Timothy O’Connor is a third-generation licensed land surveyor with experience conducting boundary, topographic, and utility surveys throughout the United States and overseas. He has extensive knowledge collecting and analyzing data to support large scale engineering and infrastructure projects. His knowledge extends to the construction industry, railways, airports, oil/gas industry, energy sector, schools & universities, and healthcare facilities.  Mr. O’Connor's skill set also encompasses performing hydrographic studies, as well as 3D laser scanning and modeling projects.

Throughout his career, Mr. O’Connor has spearheaded notable surveying projects including Hudson Yards Rail Yard, the Flatiron Building, 175 Park Avenue, Columbia University Uris Hall, 261 11th Avenue, Google 550 Washington Avenue, and Governors Island. He has further led international survey projects throughout Europe.

Mr. O'Connor currently leads Langan’s New York City land surveying group.
