Tiffany Liem leads Design for SPACE+, Brookfield Properties’ flexible workspace business.  SPACE+ was created to compliment Brookfield’s traditional leasing arrangements by offering full floor workspaces or suites with flexible lease terms.  All workspaces are expertly designed with elevated and sophisticated finishes, furniture, and enterprise technology; all delivered walk-in ready for business on day one. 

Tiffany holds a Master of Architecture from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Studies from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She has worked and lived as an architect in Tokyo, Shanghai, and Berlin before moving to New York where she has worked for renowned architecture firms such as Rafael Vinoly Architects and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). Tiffany pivoted towards workplace design as a senior design lead at WeWork with projects for enterprise clients.
