Thomas Kyd is the Director of Operations for the Buildings operating group at STV group. He is focused on improving successful delivery of projects and achievement of company key performance indicators, as well as business operational efficiency, people management, and support business strategy and growth. The buildings operating group is a national practice with yearly revenue above $70 million and over 350 employees.

Prior to joining STV, Tom supported the operations of AECOM Metro New York Buildings + Places division. While at AECOM, he supported operations, creating and implemented several operational efficiency tools and supported reorganization of processes. He has a unique ability to merge the design & construction industry talent with business strategy and finances given his background as a designer as a license in Landscape Architecture.
