Tamika Lowe a native of Newark, New Jersey with an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Business Administration, Concentration Accounting. Tamika has been an entrepreneur since 2009. Tamika become a realtor in 2014 and soon after she became a real estate investor in 2015. Tamika's love for the business encouraged her to become a Licensed General Contractor in 2017. Since the start of Tamika's launch of her business F & F General Contracting, LLC, she has been hired to work on numerous 203K loan jobs and insurance jobs as well as doing many speaking events to share her knowledge about Real Estate, Real Estate Investing and Construction. Tamika has used her contracting business to give back to the community by donating clothing, furniture and toys directly to families through a community outreach center. Tamika has also used her platform to raise money and collect items for families in distress. Tamika is now the proud Chairwoman of her own organization She Contractor TM. She Contractor was created to give women in trades a larger voice and presence. She Contractor has a podcast, apparel line, teach classes and has an all-woman directory currently being built.
