Stephanie Pennington is corporate diversity manager for LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an east coast firm that ranks among the nation’s top contractors. An Executive Leadership Team member, she is responsible for leading development and implementation of the firm’s company-wide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy. 

In her role, Pennington focuses on three distinct DEI efforts:
•    Shaping the internal culture to promote an inclusive and supportive environment;
•    Outreach, mentoring and engagement to continue building supplier diversity; and
•    Engaging in partnerships to promote workforce diversity and engage the next generation of skilled trades workers.

Pennington has over 20 years of experience in government, education and private industry. Pennington earned her J.D., with concentrations in finance and community economic development, from the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB) School of Law. She also has an M.S. in interdisciplinary social sciences from UB and a B.S. in sociology and political science from Syracuse University.
