After serving as the VP & Director of Special Projects for the last four years, and with her previous experience as one of our top builders with a resume spanning almost every aspect of interiors construction, Stacey Dackson has elevated to the role of VP, Operations Manager in early 2022. Stacey’s role, as part of the operational leadership team, is to ensure the fiscal health and operational achievement of Structure Tone’s construction projects in New York. Stacey has been in the construction industry for 28 years, 18 of which have been with Structure Tone.

Stacey received her master’s degree in urban planning from NYU and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and urban planning from CUNY/Queens College. She graduated from ST University’s Leadership Fundamentals Certificate (LFC) program, which includes Dale Carnegie’s Leadership Training for Managers and FMI’s Emerging Managers Institute. Stacey is a founding member of STOBG’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee (DISC)and active member of STOWIC NY, Structure Tone’s women in construction group. She has also been a frequent panelist speaker for Commercial Observer’s Women in Construction and, as a member of Professional Women in Construction has worked as a mentor to emerging women leaders since 2021.
