Sofie is a Principal Recruitment Consultant with Harper Harrison, where she partners with leading architecture firms nationwide on key hires, and with talented professionals on the next step in their careers. She oversees architecture recruitment within HH's New York office. Sofie's earlier background is in classical ballet and dance education. She trained in the high school program at the UNC School of the Arts before earning a BFA in Dance Performance from The Boston Conservatory and a Master of Dance Education from New York University, along with teaching credentials from the Royal Academy of Dance and American Ballet Theatre. She has been on the faculty of Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education, Boston Ballet, and the British International School of Boston, where she worked with students aged 3-18 and adult learners.
