Sheena Shook has been working in the AEC industry for 23 years, 16 of which have been focused on the use of BIM for digital project delivery of large and complex projects, BIM Implementation, and piloting of new workflows and technology. Sheena is a key contributor to the Women In BIM community and an active Women In BIM Mentor. In her day job, Sheena serves as the Business Development Director at Modulus Consulting, where she empowers AECO firms to leverage BIM and Design/Construction Technology for cost avoidance/savings and improved project delivery. With a deep understanding of BIM Management and implementation strategies, Sheena acts as a trusted advisor to clients seeking a reliable strategic partner. She is passionate about demonstrating the value of investing in quality BIM services for long-term project success and believes that a strong strategic partnership is essential for successful BIM implementation. Sheena is dedicated to helping clients understand the return on their investment in BIM and the long-term cost avoidance it provides, particularly when it comes to schedule adherence, communication efficiency, and proactive problem-solving
