Sabrina Pagani joined Savills as Senior Managing Director and is based in the New York office, responsible for providing workplace strategy through the lens of design and data-driven research. As a registered architect and award-winning interior designer, she will bring industry-tailored expertise that shapes unique solutions to complex workplace issues.
Sabrina is an award-winning designer with over 20 years of diversified real estate experience. Sabrina draws from her cross-disciplinary design background, research and field experience across varied typologies including multi-family residential, hospitality and entertainment spaces to infuse the future-focused workspace with a layered perspective across a variety of sectors including technology, media, financial services non-profit and higher education. Sabrina joined Savills in 2022, after working as a Principal at Perkins&Will leading the Interior Design Practice specializing in global workplace. Prior to that she was a Principal at The Switzer Group leading the firm’s hybrid/workplace strategy practice and guiding stakeholders through the design of global, multi-location workplaces. She served as the hybrid consultant for Vice Media, NAACP, Weill Cornell Medical College, and New York Public Radio.
She also advised MetLife on nationwide campus renovations and St. Francis College’s interior fit-out for its 270,000 SF campus. She ran a Technology Workplace Design studio for Gensler in Oakland, CA, leading an HQ and multi-location office projects for Workday among other tech companies. She has also held executive-level roles at FX Collaborative and Hill West Architects/Whitehall Interiors.
