Ryan is a CRE technology advisor, speaker, and podcast host. He serves as the Senior Director at Empire Management, a diversified private real estate firm involved in the ownership, management, and development of multifamily, office, and retail. He serves as head of innovation providing strategic leadership via the implementation of emerging technologies such as AI, Building Management Systems, and Internet of Things across the portfolio. 

Ryan is co-founder and co-host of the CRE Unplugged podcast that bridges CRE with innovation and technology, bringing humorous, insightful conversations with industry experts, making it accessible and relevant for a diverse audience. 

Ryan teaches a graduate-level Real Estate Entrepreneurship course at Baruch College, where he connects with world-class thought leaders to share their stories and insights. He is a member of NAIOP’s Technology in the Built World Forum and the PropTech Angel Group and serves as President of the NAIOP New York City Chapter.
