Roze Kolaj serves as the Project Manager of Compliance for Holt Construction. With over four years’ experience at Holt and over 12 years in the aviation, retail and food and beverage market, Ms. Kolaj is a highly-motivated and results-oriented professional who is well versed in the unique requirements for managing both renovations and new construction projects. Currently, she leads the efforts for the firm’s supplier diversity program. Her efforts have realized strengthened relationships with Holt’s subcontractor base and the communities in which we build, most recently generating millions of dollars of real business opportunities for MWOBs, SDVOBs and LEBs at Holt’s JFK Terminal 8 Redevelopment & Expansion project.
