Rosalind Tsang, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is the New York City Studio Director at BDP, a global, interdisciplinary architecture, interiors and urbanism design firm. She is also an Equity and Inclusion strategist at Human Space, a consultancy of BDP that focuses on thoughtful and innovative solutions that promote equity, wellbeing and participation in the built environment. Rosalind has practiced internationally, and designed and led a diverse range of project types including multi-family residential, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, adaptive reuse, master planning, and interiors.  

Rosalind is active in numerous industry organizations including the Urban Land Institute New York’s Housing Council, Women’s Leadership Initiative and 2023 Awards for Design Excellence Committee; she is AIA New York’s Women in Architecture Committee Co-chair, and an Urban Design Forum fellow, examining the links between the built environment and public health outcomes. Rosalind is committed to design and technical excellence, resulting in spaces where individuals and communities can thrive.
