Rick managed commercial real estate for 10+ years, primarily focused in the financial sector.  During his time, he has managed facilities housing enterprise data centers, client owned offices spaces, and leased spaced.  His focus has been Engineering and Critical Operations management.  He began his career as a mechanical engineer for a design and consulting firm.  In this role he was heavily involved in the facilities and engineering management of critical environments.  His career path lead him to his current role within the Global Workplace Solutions within CBRE.
