Richard is a Professional Engineer in NY and has over 35 years of experience in the engineering and program management of large and complex water infrastructure projects in both the public and private sector. He has led teams in the planning, design, and construction of projects over $2.5M including drinking water treatment for each of New York City's supplies. His career has focused on projects that improve public health through enhanced water treatment technologies, improve the environment of local receiving water bodies, and increase the resiliency within the communities they serve. In addition to Richard's leadership delivering projects, he has managed several hundred staff covering a diverse range expertise, backgrounds, and growth objectives.
