Rena Mande

Since joining PBDW Architects in 2015, Rena Mande has focused interest in cultural, institutional, and educational work as she is dedicated to working with mission-based clients. Her experience is highlighted by a recently completed passive house condo in NYC, a net zero energy building- Williams College Fellow’s Hall and the Hillside elementary school addition for the Hastings-on-Hudson school district. She obtained her LEED accreditation in 2009 and is a leader at the firm for sustainability initiatives, including project analysis and training for the 2030 challenge. Rena received her Master’s in Architecture at The New School for Architecture and Design, is an active member of the of the NY AIA Women in Architecture Committee, and is a mentor for City College students through the Architectural League.
