Rebecca Filbey is the Team Lead for NYSERDA’s New Construction program, where she is responsible for the design and implementation of strategies that drive toward carbon neutral and resilient new construction and adaptive reuse across all sectors of the built environment. Previously she served as a Program Manager in NYSERDA’s Utility Affairs & Strategic Partnerships team, leading collaborations with New York State utilities and aligning statewide innovation needs with utility innovation needs through a centralized platform. Prior to joining NYSERDA, she managed energy efficiency projects across the residential and commercial sectors for a small nonprofit and a Fortune 500 investor-owned utility in Michigan.
