Raymond LeChase
Raymond W. LeChase II is a project manager in the Real Estate Development group of LeChase Construction Services, LLC – a firm with operations across the East Coast. In his role, he is responsible for evaluating and managing real estate development opportunities and helping to manage the company’s existing real estate assets. In addition, he is engaged in design-build efforts within the company, focusing primarily on preconstruction work. Before joining the firm in 2020, LeChase spent eight years in New York City working in architectural design, urban planning, and real estate development. That includes two-and-a-half years working as a design project manager for a real estate developer in Manhattan. The various roles he’s held throughout his career have given him a comprehensive understanding of the development process, from conceptual design through construction.
LeChase earned a master’s degree in real estate development from the Shack Institute of Real Estate at New York University, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Syracuse University. He also has LEED® Green Associate™ certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
He currently resides in Rochester, N.Y.
