Randy Topp is the Senior Vice President of Energy Services and National Operations Support at Ainsworth and has over thirty years of experience in energy services with several companies. Randy has been involved in building and energy solutions as an engineer, project manager and operations leader with Black & McDonald, Rose Technology Group, Direct Energy Business Services and Johnson Controls between 1987 and 2012.  In addition to his role in Energy Services, he provides Operations Support on a national level.  This includes a focus on project management, design build specialty projects, support of newly acquired companies and their integration into Ainsworth.  He is a Professional Engineer and a PMP and mini-MBA certificate holder.
