Randy Topp is the Senior Vice President of Energy Services and National Operations Support at Ainsworth, with over thirty years of experience in energy services. Randy has been involved in building and energy solutions as an engineer, project manager and operations leader with Black & McDonald, Rose Technology Group, Direct Energy Business Services and Johnson Controls.  In addition to his role in Energy Services, he provides Operations Support nationally.  This includes project management, design build specialty projects, and support of newly acquired companies and their integration into Ainsworth.  He is a Professional Engineer and a PMP and mini-MBA certificate holder.
