Randy has provided leadership for award winning and complex projects around the world. He oversees projects from start to finish, with a hands-on approach to marketing, design and implementation. He is often seen as the face of projects, and leads teams of urban designers, architects and consultants. In the studio Randy is a creative force and mentor. Randy’s projects are in the public and private sectors and are usually highly visible and transformative to the cities they are in. Randy is a collaborator, designer and principal for Urban Design, Transportation, Sports, Mixed Use, Commercial, Retail, Cultural and Residential projects. Randy is known as a national leader for Innovation in Urban Design and Architecture.
