Panchita Maldonado is an award winning multi-hyphenate artist and project estimator. Creating from her Jersey City studio, Panchita's work collides at the corners of art, design and construction. As a dedicated sculpture artist, her vibrant works have been exhibited in NY + NJ galleries. In 2022, her largest installation yet was shown on the ground floor of the World Trade Center Oculus in collaboration with fashion brand _NIM. With a passion for paint + color, Panchita began her career in the trade with esteemed paint brand Farrow&Ball. In 2022, she became a Project Estimator with national painting company Precision Painting Plus and takes great pride in estimating for luxury residential, commercial retail, historic restoration and art focused installation projects. She and her team's work has been featured in the Brooklyn Show House and Architectural Digest's Open Door. In all mediums, Panchita's work is color focused. She is the founder of Panchita Artista, her creative house offering color consultancy, brand collaboration and unique learning experiences including sculpture classes and architectural walking tours of NYC. She spends her free time restoring her 1887 Jersey City apartment and being mom to her beloved 10 year old tuxedo cat, Papi.
