Pallavi Mantha is a Senior Sustainability Consultant in the Arup New York office. She has 13 years of experience in the sustainability field. During her time at Arup, Pallavi has worked on implementing innovative sustainable planning and design for buildings, infrastructure and masterplanning projects. She leads Arup’s decarbonization projects in New York, where she combines her deep knowledge in buildings and portfolios with digital workflows and tools to create greater value for clients. Pallavi is currently working with public agencies such as NYCHA, NYSERDA, and DCAS and global private clients to strategize and implement decarbonization at multiple scales of the built environment. Pallavi regularly teaches and mentors at and outside of Arup, holding position in various industry organizations, charing the NYC IBPSA chapter for many years and being elected to the Board of IBPSA USA. Currently, Pallavi is part of the Greater NY Metro Energy Code committee of ACEC.
