I am an advocate for women of color in construction. I recently defended my dissertation where I researched how mentoring plays a role in the business decisions of women of color business owners in construction. My findings are mind-blowing. I have been in the industry for over 20 years. I painted aircraft carriers as a US Navy Veteran and opened my business as the President of my corporation 5 years ago. I am passionate about women, specifically women of color having a voice in this space. 

I have been in construction for 20 years but started my business 5 years ago. I am an NYS MWBE., and constantly looking for opportunities to grow my corporation.
