As Mott MacDonald’s North American Climate Change Practice Lead, Niniane is responsible for growing the climate change and sustainability portfolio, imbedding these services across all of Mott MacDonald’s cores sectors and driving technical excellence. Niniane has applied skills across the sustainability spectrum including climate risk assessments, adaptation planning, carbon management and organizational sustainability. She has worked with government, researchers and private sector clients in the US, Canada, the UK, and beyond across transit, ports, water, buildings and energy. Niniane holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degrees in French and International Relations from Trinity University.
