Nicole McGlinn
Nicole McGlinn, AIA LEED AP BD+C, has been practicing architecture for over 13 years. During her career, she has worked in offices in New Orleans, Chicago, and New York City.
As a Senior Associate Principle at KPF, Nicole has honed her expertise in the coordination and execution of large scale, full service high rise projects. She has lead the technical execution of projects from concept through completion, notably, the New Prudential Tower in Newark and One Vanderbilt and 520 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.
With experience ranging from residential design to educational facilities to high rise curtain wall, core, and program development, Nicole has worked to build her architectural knowledge through design, construction administration, and on-site construction work.
Living and working in densely populated urban centers has been an important influence to the way Nicole approaches architectural development - specific interests lie in the realms of sustain design strategies, adaptive reuse, and urban renewal. She believes in enhancing communities through architectural design and engaging others actively with their surroundings.
Nicole received a Masters of Architecture degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and is a registered architect in New York State.
