Turner Construction Company
Nicole Kuzler has attended the New York Build Expo since 2019 as an engineering student at Stevens Institute of Technology. After listening to the Women in Construction panel in 2019, she has been inspired to become an advocate herself. Nicole graduated from Stevens in 2021 with a Bachelors in Engineering Management and a Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management. In the fall of 2021, she began her career with Turner Construction Company. Nicole's first role was as an engineer on the new 1.3 million square foot Google Headquarters project. Her engineering responsibilities spanned 5 floors of workspaces at 100,000 square feet per floor. Nicole is currently building 9 floors at 35,000 square feet per floor for a hedge fund company in one of the city's newest skyscrapers 2 Manhattan West. Furthermore, she is a contributing member of the Advancing Professionals and Make Your Mark networks within the Turner community. She was selected as a woman in construction ambassador in 2023. Her goal is to pave the way for future females in this industry and make an impact on the New York market one building at a time.
