Nick began his real estate career at Savills in June 1999, immediately upon graduating from college. Initially hired to work on one of the most active tenant-rep teams in New York City, Nick now manages a group that focuses primarily on advising creative, dynamic tenants throughout all submarkets of Manhattan.
Working with a broad range of forward-thinking companies, Nick has advised clients in the fields of tech (Spotify, SeatGeek, Sprinklr, Affirm, Fullscreen, Flipboard), advertising (MRY, BGB New York, Wieden + Kennedy), fashion (Shiseido, H&M, Isaia), finance (Cinven, PineBridge, Magnitude Capital, Jane Street Capital), law (Gunderson Dettmer, Bingham McCutchen), not-for-profit (Innocence Project, Acumen Fund, Housing Works, Sundance, Nature Conservancy) and media (DAZN, ITV, Associated Press, William Morris Endeavor), among others.

Nick is currently an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Architectural League of New York and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York.
