With 25 years in the industry, including 21 years at Turner Construction Company, Nelly has been a key member of the Turner New York team for most of her career. She started with Turner as a YouthForce scholarship intern while pursuing her construction management degree at Pratt Institute, she later spent four years at Goldman Sachs leading the Americas Real Estate Procurement team and earned her MBA from NYU. Returning to Turner, she advanced to Project Executive in 2019, then Manager of Business Development for the $700M NY Interiors group and is now the Director of Inclusion, a national role that enables her to further her passion for diversity and inclusion. She is also executive sponsor of Turner NY's Hispanic & Latinx ERG, Cada Comunidad and sits on the Ambassador Council for the nonprofit, Nontraditional Employment for Women
