Neil Rosen is a New York State Registered Architect, LEED Fellow, Certified Passive House Consultant, Certified Energy Manager, and Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager with over 40 years’ experience in the design, construction, and operations of High Performing Buildings.
Neil is proud to be a Project Certifier for PHIUS. In this role as a reviewer, Neil collaborates with design professionals and subject matter experts helping to promote Passive Building adoption.
Professionally, Mr. Rosen founded Grin Sustainability, a sustainability consultancy specializing in high performance building certifications such as LEED, Phius and WELL. Over the past decade, Grin has helped clients exceed their sustainable aspirations.
Neil’s undergraduate and master’s degrees were earned at The New York Institute of Technology, in Architecture and Energy Management, respectively.
