She is the Founder and Managing Principal of ezzie + co., a real estate consultancy that advises companies on harnessing innovation to thrive within a dynamic real estate landscape. ezzie + co. also provides boutique legal services to the commercial real estate and proptech industries.  

She is the co-creator and co-host of the CRE Unplugged podcast, which merges the worlds of commercial real estate and innovation through engaging conversations with industry leaders. The podcast demystifies complex topics, making them accessible and captivating to a broad audience.

She serves as an advisor to a number of emerging PropTech and Legaltech companies and is a sought after speaker and author on the topics of AI, innovation, and the future of real estate. Originally from Ohio, Nadine resides in Boston with her rescue dog, Leo.
