With more than 25 years of experience, Studio Director Michelle Wagner RA, LEED AP excels in the management of large-scale projects and has played a vital role in leading the design and delivery of some of the firm’s most ambitious developments. Currently, this includes Front & York—the highly anticipated, 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-use multifamily complex in Brooklyn, NY.

The mega project features a blend of more than 750 condo and rental units, over 150,000 gross square feet of amenity space, as well as an interior courtyard that spans nearly an acre in size and a 25-foot grade change. In addition, Michelle is also currently guiding the delivery of Steel House—a 558,000-square-foot commercial building with ground-floor retail and a generous package of high-end amenities located within the RiNo neighborhood in her hometown of Denver, as well as a 670,000-gross-square-foot multi-parcel project in Atlanta, GA.

Prior to joining MA, Michelle worked on the World Trade Center Master Plan and Design Guidelines with Studio Daniel Libeskind.
