Michael Tolliver
Michael Tolliver has more than 35 years of experience in marketing and business development, with a particular focus on developing relationships with key stakeholders, managing sales processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
His experience includes corporate communication, branding, public relations, and talent acquisition, all of which have been key components of his successful track record. His excellent management and people skills highlight his valuable assemblage of productive teams for major pursuits throughout the Northeast region. Throughout his career, he has been an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at the local, state, and federal levels, addressing issues that adversely affect women, minorities, and small businesses in the A/E/C industry.
Mr. Tolliver is involved in multiple professional organizations, including the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) where he serves as President, the New York Building Congress (NYBC), the Metropolitan Railway Club of New York (Met Rail), the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the Women Builders Council (WBC), and the Transportation Research Forum (TRF).
