Michael is lauded by his firms and clients alike for his approach to intelligent procurement, cost management, project controls and change management, as well as his outstanding commitment and focus on successful project delivery. His clients have spanned a wide variety of market sectors, including commercial occupier (new build and renovation), education, religious, retail, hi-tech and manufacturing and public sector/local government. Michael is a chartered member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), a member of the Turner & Townsend North America Cost Management Board, and the lead of the Turner & Townsend Cost Benchmarking and Market Intelligence forum for the USA.
