Michael Giaramita is the CEO of Group PMX and leads the strategic direction and oversight of the firm, setting its vision, mission, and culture while staying actively engaged with strategic partnerships, clients, projects, and staff development. A project management industry leader, he has extensive experience involving all aspects of project, program, and construction management from infrastructure to buildings in multiple sectors. Michael conceived the firm’s innovative CM NeutralSM approach to best value project performance by improving teaming relations, supplementing project staff, and substantially reducing the overall cost of project management. This approach promotes a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, respect, and trust to better manage and balance the numerous conflicting relationships commonly found on construction projects. Michael specializes in bringing off-schedule, over-budget projects back on track and has applied his management and technical expertise to achieve significant cost savings for clients. He serves on the New York Building Foundation Board of Governors, the charitable arm of the New York Building Congress. In 2023, he received the ‘50 over Fifty-The Age Disruptors’ award by City & State New York.
