Senior Project Controls Engineer, AECOM
Matthew is a Senior Project Controls Engineer and Scheduler in the Transportation and Program & Project Management groups at AECOM Metro New York. He is responsible for project controls, planning, design and construction management, pre-construction and construction scheduling, master program scheduling, resource loading and leveling, financial forecasting, cost control management, scope control and change management, risk mitigation, and client and contractor negotiations for large-scale projects and programs for city, state, and federal agencies. Currently, Matthew’s serves as Schedule Manager for the New York City Department of Design and Construction’s Borough-Based Jails Program where he oversees scheduling, cost and resource loading, specification development, and design and construction management. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College, and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International, and the Construction Management Association of America.
