Mark Warren
MARK WARREN established his private practice in 2002. His general practice evolved and developed a diverse portfolio of residential, non-profit, commercial projects of various budget levels throughout the New York metropolitan area. During the period of 2010 through 2016, Mr. Warren served as Commissioner of Buildings for the City of Mount Vernon. Mt. Vernon’s four-square miles is home and work for a diverse population of 67,000 as well as 12,000 properties. Here, he embraced the wide array of community and business challenges as Commissioner, and he especially enjoyed navigating the codes and guiding regulations as well as the client facing aspects.
At the New York School Construction Authority(NYCSCA), Mark is the A&E Director of the Professional Alliance Studio; where the SCA has embarked upon a program focused on the enhancement of the state licensed professional MWBE consultants’ participation in the design and construction administration of New York City public schools. He is dedicated to developing a more sustainable and eco-friendlier built environment through real estate portfolio asset management.
