Mark is a Client Development Lead at HDR’s New York office.  Mark’s involvement includes expanding business and client opportunities throughout the NY and NJ region primarily within the HDR Building Engineering Services Markets of Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, Mission Critical/Data Centers, Semi-Conductor, and Telecommunication.  Mark is well known in the local market and brings 30 years of diverse experience to the role.  He has a long track record of success in the mass transit/transportation, institutional, commercial/corporate, cultural, multifamily, and hospitality sectors.  Mark brings a pragmatic approach to delivering high-performing real estate assets and is sought after for his proficiency in the engineering of healthy buildings. He has been a leader in many professional organizations, including having served on the Board and as President of the New Jersey Chapter of ASHRAE and is a licensed Professional Engineer in various states.
